My girlfriend and I had an amazing experience here. After an accident, it is a very vulnerable time. We had nothing but great service here. Our car was expected in a week and a half, which is already fast for the type of repair that we needed. However, six days later we get a call stating that our car was ready. We were both in disbelief. When we arrived, Junior and Catherine we’re a pleasure to be around. They heard everything that we had to say when we were explaining the accident. We shared some stories when we were waiting for our car. If I’m being honest, it felt like we were getting our car taken care of by good friends of ours. When our car arrived, everything was explained in detail with all of the repair information. I will be recommending this place to everybody that I know. Customer service and common sense have been disappearing little by little. A1 Body kept it real for us. I’m very grateful and I know my girlfriend is as well. Thank you for showing us kindness and respect during this time. We will be returning every single time that we deal with any auto issue. Our rear bumper is brand new. It feels like it’s newer than when it was first bought from the dealership.

In May 2026, I took my 2022 Cadillac Escalade in to have some body damage repaired. Jose assisted me; he was very friendly and provided me with an estimate. I returned a few days later to drop off my car for the repairs. He told me it would take a week to a week and a half—and sure enough, it was ready within a week. Katherine, the young woman at the front desk, was very friendly, as was David, who handed the SUV back to me. I highly recommend them; they offer great service, and their staff is excellent. We are very pleased.

After my accident, I was really stressed about the whole repair process, but A1 made everything so easy from start to finish. Catherine at the front desk was amazing. She communicated throughout the entire process and always kept me updated, which I appreciated so much because I never felt out of the loop. Jose was also incredible and took great care of my car, and the manager was so kind and welcoming too. The work itself honestly blew me away. My car looks brand new again. The repairs are flawless and you would never even know it had been in an accident. You can tell they genuinely care about the quality of their work and not just getting cars in and out. Overall just an amazing experience during a really stressful situation. I’d absolutely recommend A1 to anyone needing body work or repairs.

🎉🙌 I cannot say enough amazing things about the team at A1 Autobody and Glass. From the moment I walked in, I was met with such genuine kindness, empathy, and professionalism—it truly made all the difference during a stressful time. You can feel how much they care about their customers, and it’s rare to come across a business that operates with this level of integrity and heart. I honestly wish every business was run the way they run theirs. Not only is their customer service exceptional, but their facility is spotless and so well-organized, which immediately made me feel confident leaving my car in their hands. And they absolutely delivered—my car came out looking incredible. The attention to detail and quality of work is top-tier. One of the most memorable parts of my experience was how welcoming and thoughtful everyone was. It even happened to be “Take Your Kids to Work Day,” and seeing the kids there brought such a warm, family-oriented energy to the space. On top of that, they went above and beyond by cleaning my car—it was such an unexpected and appreciated touch. This team truly goes the extra mile in every way possible. They turned what could have been a stressful situat
